Disappointed with the recent service

I've had a good experience with previous orders, but my latest one placed on December 7, 2025, is still marked as 'processing' as of January 7, 2026. I've reached out via email twice, expecting a response within 24 hours, but received nothing. I also used the chat feature an hour ago, which promised a reply in 13 minutes, yet I haven't heard back. When I called the support line, I was informed they couldn't take calls due to staffing issues and that I should just email. However, they were quick to cash my check. Very frustrating.

Vera Bradley “Christina” FramesI was so lucky to find these exact frames, as my current VB “Christina’s” broke. I purchased the frames only, not the lenses because I already have those, so I can’t speak to the accuracy of that. However I am very happy with my frames, the delivery time, and the overall experience with Designer Frames Outlet! I’m still an old fashioned gal who likes a brick and mortar building where I can get see and feel the product I’m getting. However, If I need replacement frames of some thing I already know, and love, I will definitely patronize this place!
