The lenses in my progressive prescription eyeglasses were cloudy, off, and not right. Completely unwearable and defective. The prescription provided to them was correct. They then tried to upsell me on an anti-glare coating. Totally ridiculous.They are extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone, and they give the run around.The simple and easy solution is to provide a return label at no charge so they could be sent back and either replace the defective lenses or give me the option of a full refund. Other online eyeglass outlets are responsive and provide prompt customer care and solutions. Not this place!
