I wouldn't even rate this with one star; my shopping experience at the local branch was terrible. The representative was unprofessional and overly aggressive in pushing for a sale. Many of the positive reviews seem coerced before the transaction is finalized. Stay away at all costs; they are only interested in your money and you can't cancel an order once you've signed. The dining chairs arrived squeaky, and I'm told this is normal? This aligns with the other authentic negative reviews!
