I initially left a review back in September 2025 after a very frustrating experience with Designer Sofas. I had to deal with constant back-and-forth emails with the manager, and after much effort, I was told they would cover the cost of replacement sofas while I waited for my original order to arrive.
However, as soon as this agreement was made, Gary Behar completely stopped responding to my emails. Weeks and months later, I’ve had no follow-up, no apology, and no resolution.
This company’s lack of accountability and extremely poor communication is shocking. What should have been a simple process turned into a stressful, unprofessional nightmare.
If you value reliability, honesty, and basic customer service, avoid this company at all costs.
