I purchased a phone case from this company and unfortunately it has developed a fault after minimal use. The case does not hold securely and the material has started to peel, which suggests a manufacturing issue rather than normal wear and tear.
I contacted customer service to request a replacement and explained the issue clearly. Despite following up politely, I have now received no response.
I am disappointed by the lack of communication. I simply asked for a resolution to what appears to be a faulty product. Good customer service should not require multiple follow-ups.
I would appreciate this being addressed promptly.
