Review Time
I purchased a phone case from this company and unfortunately it has developed a fault after minimal use. The case does not hold securely and the material has started to peel, which suggests a manufacturing issue rather than normal wear and tear.
I contacted customer service to request a replacement and explained the issue clearly. Despite following up politely, I have now received no response.
I am disappointed by the lack of communication. I simply asked for a resolution to what appears to be a faulty product. Good customer service should not require multiple follow-ups.
I would appreciate this being addressed promptly.
Purchased a clear bumper case with our daughters picture on it for my partner for Christmas to go with her new phone. Delivery was very quick, even more so when you factor in that its customised,The quality is superb and the shock proofing is good too ,especially with an 11 month old throwing anything she gets her hands on. Would highly recommend DMC to anyone and will purchase again when I get a new phone.
Making the phone case was quick and easy! I bought a case for my dad using DMC as the specific phone case I was after I couldn’t find online so I thought “I’ll just design it myself!” And I did just that!My dad loved the case I created and it’s even better that I know nobody else will have this case as it’s completely personalised! The quality is fab and defiantly worth it.I had a follow up email a month or so later to mar sure I was happy with my case and with that I replied with how great it was!Would highly recommend! :)
Iv ordered a couple of cases from design my case and I’m really impressed with the quality of them . Really good value for money and has stood up to my phone being dropped numerous times at work and going through the wars . Highly recommended
I was struggling to find a case for my daughters phone for Christmas. Shes a big kpop fan, but none of the cases I could find would fit her phone. I then came across DMC, I found a picture I wanted to use and uploaded it. The tools where so easy to use to get it just how I wanted. Fast forward to the case arriving, and its perfect, strong, durable and keeps her phone safe. My daughter absolutely loves it! Thank you so much ☺️
