It is a NIGHTMARE dealing with design n rank. They are unresponsive, have fraudulent charges and are not professional.We entered into an SEO services trial period (paid) back in 2019 for 5 months. Part of the agreement was to update us monthly. They did that for the first month, after that... nothing. Apparently the rep we were dealing with left the company and we fell through the cracks. Fast forward 5 months to after the contract was supposed to be over, and we start getting charges on our credit card from them. We try calling them and emailing them and we get no reply. Finally after 4 further months of charges we finally reach them, and they put a pause on the charges and promise to look into this. We trusted them and it backfired on us... From then on we were ghosted like we had the plague. Nobody from Design N Rank would answer our emails, when we would call them 80% of the time their phone was disconnected and when we would reach them they would forward the call to a rep that was never in the office and who never returned our calls.From mid May to mid July this continued, until we finally got fed up and started calling them pretty much every day. Finally we got to speak to our rep and what happened was the worst case of customer service and deceit ever.They claimed that by paying the invoice for the trial period we automatically signed up for month to month billing after the contract period and it was in the terms and conditions... WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED! We checked our inboxes and we 100% didn't get anything of that sort. Even if they did send it, for a contract to be finalized don't you need 2 signatures?! Lies, deceit and to be frank, FRAUD.Finally after over an hour of pleading with them we got a partial refund. Unfortunately they obviously have not learned that their way of doing business is highly unethical and wrong, because we weren't even asking for a refund on the whole amount, just the 4 months after the contract ended. TLDR; Do not deal with this company they have hidden terms and contracts that are impossible for you to know about, and after you ask them to refund illegitimate charges they dodge you and waste your time and never refund the full amount.
