The communication with this service has been exceptionally poor. Since joining a new organization, I've been attempting to reach someone, but I continually encounter obstacles. Additionally, their answering service is unresponsive. It has been over a week without any reply to the numerous emails I've sent to their support team, and there’s no option to leave a voicemail at the number provided on their platform. This company appears to have a significant deficiency in client services, and thus far, my experiences have been non-existent. This is very troubling.
