Regrettably, this service has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Designing my website has turned into a complete disaster. They are extremely slow, communication is lacking, and it takes forever to get anything accomplished. They falsely claim to be local, likely outsourcing to offshore workers. If you want to avoid a headache, steer clear of this service. Before payment, they made grand promises, but once I paid, all those commitments vanished. It has been nearly five months of trying to launch my website, and still nothing. The communication is poor, and their lack of experience is evident. They seem to employ individuals who struggle with English, requiring repeated explanations.
