Awful business, awful people. Have filed complaints with auDA and ACCC. They provide a shell of a website, a 5 minute instructional video and continuously come up with new expenses. Now they are resorting to threats and blackmail and withholding our domain name and saying they’re going to lodge negative reviews (for a business that is brand new and they haven’t used). AVOID!!!
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! I hired them for a logo, but they completely disregarded the concept I provided. Their focus seemed to be on pushing additional services I never requested. The communication was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I requested a receipt for my payment multiple times, yet they refuse to provide it. They sent some design drafts, but I missed them due to their persistent attempts to sell me other services, and they never reached out to confirm if I had received anything. By the time I reviewed the designs, they were far from what I had asked for. I specifically wanted a monogram, and they did not deliver on that. All I wanted was a refund to seek services elsewhere, but they have denied my request. Attempts to reach someone by phone were met with silence. Make sure to review designs before making any payments, as they do not heed your requests. After posting this review, they reached out with more unwanted service offers and stated they would only refund me if I removed my review. I declined, stating I would take it down post-refund. They still haven’t refunded me and continue to ignore my requests for a receipt. I’m now escalating this matter, as I am uncertain about what I even paid for. I received designs that missed the mark entirely. I have asked for a receipt numerous times without success. Please consider all reviews before engaging with them! As one review aptly put it, "RUN FOR THE HILLS." They are difficult to communicate with and often try to manipulate the situation. Do not trust or believe anything they claim. I expected a reputable service in Australia, but this company does not reflect genuine, respectful, or honest business practices, despite having an Australian address.

They copied a competitor's website, leaving their branding on all the pages, then pressured me for additional payments for 'optional services' before delivering a late and poorly executed final product that I can't even modify. I have documented proof of our discussions since I switched to written communication after missing the initial deadline. This has been the worst experience I've ever encountered.

My bank even blocked my account after the deposit, citing the company's name resembled that of known scammers. I suspect what the bank indicated is legitimate, given the seven-day delay for a mock-up that didn’t match my requests. I’ve reported this to the local authorities. Avoid this service at all costs!
