I requested a refund due to unexpected circumstances and have been completely ignored! The service was terrible to begin with, and I was assured all week that the mock-up would be ready within 24-48 hours; I had to repeatedly ask for updates. I finally received it a week later, and it was far from what I expected, filled with errors. My bank even blocked my account after the deposit, citing the company's name resembled that of known scammers. I suspect what the bank indicated is legitimate, given the seven-day delay for a mock-up that didn’t match my requests. I’ve reported this to the local authorities. Avoid this service at all costs!
