AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS! I hired them for a logo, but they completely disregarded the concept I provided. Their focus seemed to be on pushing additional services I never requested. The communication was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. I requested a receipt for my payment multiple times, yet they refuse to provide it. They sent some design drafts, but I missed them due to their persistent attempts to sell me other services, and they never reached out to confirm if I had received anything. By the time I reviewed the designs, they were far from what I had asked for. I specifically wanted a monogram, and they did not deliver on that. All I wanted was a refund to seek services elsewhere, but they have denied my request. Attempts to reach someone by phone were met with silence. Make sure to review designs before making any payments, as they do not heed your requests. After posting this review, they reached out with more unwanted service offers and stated they would only refund me if I removed my review. I declined, stating I would take it down post-refund. They still haven’t refunded me and continue to ignore my requests for a receipt. I’m now escalating this matter, as I am uncertain about what I even paid for. I received designs that missed the mark entirely. I have asked for a receipt numerous times without success. Please consider all reviews before engaging with them! As one review aptly put it, "RUN FOR THE HILLS." They are difficult to communicate with and often try to manipulate the situation. Do not trust or believe anything they claim. I expected a reputable service in Australia, but this company does not reflect genuine, respectful, or honest business practices, despite having an Australian address.
