I am incredibly disappointed and let down by the service at the last moment. Our order was confirmed and accepted on the 19th of November, and payment was processed the same day. You failed to deliver on the promised date and did not communicate with us. You let down 450 children and 60 staff members today. This is truly shameful.
If I could have, I would have given a 0. The service is extremely poor. The delivery service is the worst in customer support as well. I advise against ordering if you live far from the delivery hub. Please note, do not order fresh meat or perishable items. Unfortunately, we lack a halal meat shop nearby, so I tried this for the first time, and it was a terrible experience. I wasted £40; I could smell the spoiled meat from outside the box. They should deliver such items in proper refrigerated vehicles, but they do not. This was my first and last order. The company could do better with a different delivery provider.
