I ordered a complete white set-up, desk/frame/cable tray etc. When the Monitor Support was delivered it was grey and white, whereas I ordered just white.
When I asked to return the item due to the incorrect item being delivered I was told I had to print out a label and travel almost a mile to a drop off point.
After informing them that I don't have access to a printer and being partially disabled, I was told that "I would have to print it out... since without a label, no one would know where this package is going.", and to "notify me whenever you send it out."
Totally unprofessional and appalling Customer Service. Why, just because you spend £500+ on a desk and accessories do they automatically presume you have a printer. No offer to send out a label or arrange for collection. Even some smaller companies arrange for items to be collected etc.
