I'm sure the desk will be great if it ever arrives. I placed my order on December 2nd and received the first of two packages on the 5th. The tracking for the second package showed delays, moving from the 9th to the 11th, then to the 12th, and now to the 14th. Since this is a signed-for delivery, it's frustrating as I need to be home to accept it. I tried to contact the service but received no human response; the AI seemed to find my situation amusing with emojis. If it arrives on the 14th, it will be two full weeks since my order. The website claims 3-5 days, which seems misleading based on other reviews. I usually avoid leaving negative feedback, but I feel potential customers should be warned about what seems to be ongoing fulfillment issues with the service.
