The tracking for the second package showed delays, moving from the 9th to the 11th, then to the 12th, and now to the 14th. Since this is a signed-for delivery, it's frustrating as I need to be home to accept it. I tried to contact the service but received no human response; the AI seemed to find my situation amusing with emojis. If it arrives on the 14th, it will be two full weeks since my order. The website claims 3-5 days, which seems misleading based on other reviews. I usually avoid leaving negative feedback, but I feel potential customers should be warned about what seems to be ongoing fulfillment issues with the service.
