Awful DHL E-commerce deliveryI ordered my parcel from Desktronic on the 23/08/2025. It is now 13/09/2025 and I still haven't received it - now 21 days later.In short, DHL's driver first pretended to have attempted delivery on the 26/08/2025, so I had to reschedule for the next day. Then nothing happened for 4 days. I finally get in contact with their customer support, who say that I now have to rearrange delivery with Desktronic because DHL E-commerce are unable to reschedule on their end. Fine, so I try to do that.Desktronic frustratingly didn't respond to my first two emails, but they were helpful on the phone when I got contact with them. They contacted DHL and offered me a £30 refund for the trouble. All well and good, except that DHL then sent back the parcel to Desktronic, who had to ship a new one to me.This new parcel, first due to arrive on 08/09/2025 and then rescheduled to 12/09/2025 has still not arrived. There are no updates from either company, and DHL are not responding to attempts to contact them.Though the fault lies largely with DHL E-commerce, I cannot fathom why Desktronic use them as a delivery service when they are so obviously unreliable (just look at their Trustpilot reviews). Desktronic, moreover, provide false advertisement on their webpage for who they use to deliver, for the company logo they have up on the page is for DHL Express, not DHL E-commerce, and there is, as I have come to learn, an enormous difference between the two. They also guarantee 3-5 working day delivery, which, as it has now been exactly 21 days since I first ordered a desk and chair, is misleading at best.I hope to receive my parcels soon, but I caution anyone against ordering from Desktronic as long as they continue to use DHL E-commerce.*Update: I finally received my parcels on the 26th of September, a month after initially ordering. While the delivery process was incredibly frustrating, I had a great experience with Desktronic's customer service, especially Guillermo, who provided a great service. I have, in the light of this, raised my initial rating of 1 star to 3. I suspect that the issues with DHL e-commerce relate to teething issues of expanding into the UK market, so I hope Desktronic will choose a different delivery service as soon as they can.
