I placed an order and quickly realized I selected the wrong color. I contacted customer support within two hours, but received no response for over a day. My order shipped without any acknowledgment of my request. When they finally replied, they said I could return it at my own expense. This was disappointing, especially since I reached out so soon after my purchase. If they can pack and ship on weekends, they should also be able to process a quick correction. Charging for return shipping when the issue was their lack of response seems unfair. This experience showed a lack of flexibility and communication that I wouldn’t expect from a company at this price point. I hope they improve their customer support.
