I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I purchased a chair for 500 CAD that broke after just three weeks of normal use. After requesting a refund within the allowed time, it still hasn't been processed because I no longer had the original packaging. The company offered to send a replacement box for the return, which I appreciated, but at that point, I just wanted a resolution. Two weeks later, the box never arrived, and my follow-up went unanswered. Now, I have a $500 chair that I could only use for two weeks, sitting unused in my basement. I genuinely try to support smaller businesses, but experiences like this make people turn to larger retailers. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've had, and I would strongly advise against it.

Charging for return shipping when the issue was their lack of response seems unfair. This experience showed a lack of flexibility and communication that I wouldn’t expect from a company at this price point. I hope they improve their customer support.
EDIT: Responding to their reply below. Their response seems insincere. I reached out to the CEO, and received no acknowledgment. They are aware of the issues, yet no one has responded. My entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. I purchased a desk for nearly $2,500, expecting quality and reliable service, but what I got was frustration and lack of accountability. The desk had issues, and upon returning it, they claimed it arrived damaged, conveniently avoiding their responsibility. They only offered a $250 refund on a $2,500 desk, which is unacceptable. Their customer service has been dismissive and condescending, shifting blame onto me despite my lack of control over the return process. This company does not support its products or customers. They hide behind technicalities and treat buyers poorly. For a brand that claims to sell premium office equipment, their service feels like a low-quality operation. Bottom line: Do not buy from them; if issues arise, you’ll struggle to get even a fraction of your money back. There are better companies that understand true customer service.
