My entire experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. I purchased a desk for nearly $2,500, expecting quality and reliable service, but what I got was frustration and lack of accountability. The desk had issues, and upon returning it, they claimed it arrived damaged, conveniently avoiding their responsibility. They only offered a $250 refund on a $2,500 desk, which is unacceptable. Their customer service has been dismissive and condescending, shifting blame onto me despite my lack of control over the return process. This company does not support its products or customers. They hide behind technicalities and treat buyers poorly. For a brand that claims to sell premium office equipment, their service feels like a low-quality operation. Bottom line: Do not buy from them; if issues arise, you’ll struggle to get even a fraction of your money back. There are better companies that understand true customer service.
