I purchased some accessories to the value of $60 plus the advertised $9.95 for Flat Rate shipping! Got an email the following day saying they wanted another $15 towards the shipping. How or why does their web site allow for a mistake like this to happen. I have cancelled the order as the extra $15 for shipping on $60 of product is too steep. No issue with getting a refund just very surprised they would hit me up asking for more to cover their mistake.Desky get to reply and suggest I am in a remote location but that is not the case. On a positive note I have found what appears to be the exact same product $10 cheaper elsewhere.Desky updated again and changed 'remote' location to 'rural location'! Yep, I'm 1hr 15m from one of their distribution hubs but its not a problem for other retailers. You advertise flat rate but you obviously don't always do what you advertise.
