Two weeks later, the box never arrived, and my follow-up went unanswered. Now, I have a $500 chair that I could only use for two weeks, sitting unused in my basement. I genuinely try to support smaller businesses, but experiences like this make people turn to larger retailers. This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I've had, and I would strongly advise against it.
