I ordered a cheesecake selection for my niece and paid extra for birthday delivery. I realized my address was listed instead of hers and contacted the company immediately to correct it. Two weeks later, the gift arrived at my address, and she missed out. The company said the product had already shipped and offered no goodwill gesture. I wouldn't use this service again, and if I had known I couldn't change the address, I would have canceled the order. The only reason for one star is that the cakes taste nice.
