I received a completely different cake than what I ordered, a dry sprinkle cake instead of the choc fudge cake, which I had to throw away. Based on the reviews, it seems that this happens frequently, where they send something other than what was requested. I've even reached out to trading standards out of principle, not just for the money. The customer service was appalling, and it feels like they only care about making a profit. I personally will never order from them again. My advice to anyone considering an order is to avoid this service and opt for a reputable company instead.
