I wish I could give this company 0 stars, but unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 to write this review. My Christmas party was completely ruined because my cakes never arrived. The manager called me the day before to inform me that my original order needed to be changed due to their inability to fulfill it. I reluctantly agreed because I was desperate, but the order never showed up.To make matters worse, I was charged £12 for "secure delivery." I called and emailed the manager multiple times, but they completely ignored me. I had to use a different phone number just to get through to someone because they stopped answering when they recognized my number. Even then, the manager never got back to me.In the end, I lost £60 and received absolutely nothing in return. Please, stay away from this company if you don't want to waste your time, money, and sanity.
