We finally got all our money back after six weeks via charge back, no thanks to Destination2 who completely ignored us, didn’t respond to our email or answer our calls, just completely ghosted us.
We have never had such bad experience in our life with any other travel agent, they are very nice and friendly when they are taking your money but once they have got that if there is any problem or issue they don't want to know, they just ignore you and stop any communication with you.
If you are one if the lucky ones that they haven't completely ignored they may give you a credit note to choose another holiday with them but this needs using within a certain time whether that's convenient for you or not, if you dont use it you will lose all your money so I would very carefully think before booking with them, I certainly won't be
