Booked a seven day cruise through this company had severe problems from day two sent numerous emails this company can’t be bothered to reply or get in contact. Save yourself the hassle steer clear of booking through this company. It’s a case of once they’ve taken your money, not their problem anymore terrible customer service.
Adding onto this I’ve read everybody else’s reviews. It’s a common problem. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t answer the emails so I know what everyone else has gone through the sheer stress of it all just go straight to the cruise company or use another agent like people say Stillwell clear of these people I wonder whether they reply to mine.
