Booked hotels in UAE for travel in July for family, paid deposit balance due is in May due to the conflict in the Middle East we wanted to cancel the booking, called at least 4 times waited over an hour on each occasion with no-one picking up, I also emailed about cancellation with no response( 4 days ago ), when I got through on the phone I was told I could not get a refund as the war may be over by July. Would you feel safe taking your family there
