Horrendous company.
Booked a dubai package holiday due to depart in april, obviously with whats going on this will not be happening, government advise is not to travel, airlines have cancelled flights, other holiday companies have refunded customers.... this company reply to emails with an extremely rude and abrupt email saying DO NOT CONTACT US, they do not answer phone calls, we are now left in situ and unable to rebook another holiday as this poor excuse of a company have £8000 of our money. Do not ever use this company if you want a hassle free holiday experience.
