The company can show some flexibility. I had a trip from Nynäshamn to Visby and back over a weekend. Unfortunately, the return trip was booked 1 march instead if 1 february, both Sundays, so i slipped a month when booking. No warning from the system that return is over 1 month away. I booked with Minipris so DestinationGotland just respond its my own problem. So i had to buy a new return ticket and just throw the other with no refund.Im not impressed by this behavior, its obviously a mistake.If will choose other places for a weekend trip.

Destination Gotland har ca 400 årsanställda och huvudkontoret i Visby. Vi ställer höga krav på oss själva när det gäller den tjänst och service vi levererar i vår verksamhet.
