The company can show some flexibility. I had a trip from Nynäshamn to Visby and back over a weekend.

The company can show some flexibility. I had a trip from Nynäshamn to Visby and back over a weekend. Unfortunately, the return trip was booked 1 march instead if 1 february, both Sundays, so i slipped a month when booking. No warning from the system that return is over 1 month away. I booked with Minipris so DestinationGotland just respond its my own problem. So i had to buy a new return ticket and just throw the other with no refund.
Im not impressed by this behavior, its obviously a mistake.
If will choose other places for a weekend trip.

Everytime we travelled outside Gotland…

Everytime we travelled outside Gotland to our Homeland for example if our luggage weigh over 25 kls we have to pull it out and they want us tonput it in a plastic bag.. But here is more funny that after we pull out the over kilos of the luggage they want to put it also in a checkin.🫣😃 Really? Are you serious of what is your regulations are? This is the a big hustle for all of us who traveled specialy outside Sweden who of course have an expected heavy luggages. Shout out to the rightful owner or management of the ship.👎👎👎👎The people who works there never assist you or help you either so whats the purpose of their job there? Theyre just looking you while doing yourself everything about the luggages. what a shame!

Beautiful country but I am currently…

Beautiful country but I am currently here as I write this with a 39c fever and a major infection spreading all over my face. I was rejected any kind of treatment because im American and not a Swedish citizen. Was told I can seek treatment when I get home. I still have 4 days until my flight. What will it take for you to treat me? Me to die at the entrance of the emergency room????????

Gas!

Gas! You don’t mention anything about gas and the need to turn it off in campervans when booking. It is suddenly thrown at you in a brochure on arrival. Our gas bottle is stored behind a lot of other stuff. The guy on deck said not to worry and he wouldn’t be checkin and didn’t care. Nor did Finnlines or Stena. Otherwise a lovely trip. Shame you haven’t come up with an online ticket booking system that works. It’s a thing you know. But you have lovely staff on your phones. This would be five stars except for the gas. If you care about it then build it into your processes and don’t give my wife pink kittens.

Expensive and lacking in service.

Expensive and lacking in service.I have travelled quite extensively across the Northern Sea and the Baltic with various operators and never have I come across one that numbers seats and tells you off for sitting in some quiet area.Prices for this short crossing are almost as much as Nynäshamn to Gdańsk, a far longer journey.Don't even bother with a cabin. Can't sleep due to stupid announcements. No bedding and no amenities provided. Basically a glorified private sitting room. It's a pity that it exists in a monopoly. Will be giving it a miss once I move out of the area.
