I ordered a beautiful cashmere-like cardigan for £44, then decided to get a second one for a family member before even receiving the first. After about 4 weeks, I received the first one, and the quality was horrendous; it looked like something an inexperienced knitter would make, completely unlike the picture. There were holes in the sleeves where it should have been sewn together. The website claims the items come from Sweden, yet the return instructions asked me to send it back to China at my own cost! I've been completely ripped off and now have to spend another £88 for two gifts. It's ridiculous that this company can cheat people like this. I received an email asking for a review, but the link didn't allow me to leave one. Given their 4.7 out of 5 rating, it seems they're managing their reviews to appear legitimate. Avoid at all costs!
