Ordered a lovely looking cashmere looking cardigan at a hefty £44, then ordered a second one for another family mamber before receiving the first one as I thought they looked great
Received the first one after around 4 weeks, the quality is abysmal, it looks like something a new knitter would make, absolutely nothing like the picture, when checking over the cardigan I found holes in the sleeves where it should have been sewn/knitted together
The website says the goods come from Sweden but the returns sheet requested that you post the goods back to China at your expense!
Needless to say, I have been well and truly had and now have to write off my £88 and go out and buy two more Xmas presents
What a joke that this company can get away with ripping people off
I have since received an email asking me to review the purchase, however, there is no option using the link to place a review, judging from the 4.7 out of 5 stars, they must be managing their own reviews to make them look like a legit company

I've been completely ripped off and now have to spend another £88 for two gifts. It's ridiculous that this company can cheat people like this. I received an email asking for a review, but the link didn't allow me to leave one. Given their 4.7 out of 5 rating, it seems they're managing their reviews to appear legitimate. Avoid at all costs!
This was a total waste of money. The quality was very poor, and I returned it immediately. After numerous emails about my refund, I was offered a 20% refund or a 100% discount voucher for my next purchase. Realizing their policy and the poor quality of their products, I reluctantly accepted the 20% refund. I will never shop with this company again, and I recommend others do the same.
I ordered a thin knitted oversized jumper supposed to fit at the hips with ruffled layers. It looked elegant in the catalog, but what I received was a poorly made garment in a different color and material. The stitching was all puckered, so I contacted the support team, who initially offered a 10% refund to keep the item. I insisted on a full refund due to the faulty item. They kept offering discounts instead of addressing the issue. After discovering the high return costs and negative reviews, I repeatedly asked them to cover the return shipping, but they ignored me. I filed a chargeback with my bank, explaining the situation. I will continue to pursue this company and share my experience. They claim to offer a full refund upon return, but then they can just say they never received it. If the item is faulty, they should cover return costs. I will keep updating on this situation.
I ordered two jumpers, and what I received was cheap, poorly shaped items! They looked nothing like what was advertised. The return shipping will cost more than the items themselves. Lesson learned: never order low-quality products! This company needs to be shut down!
I'm really disappointed that I fell for what seems to be fraudulent reviews. After a long wait for delivery, the velvet blouse I received was of poor quality and the color was nothing like what was advertised. Shame on the owners of this company. Returning items for a refund is overly complicated and often unsuccessful, so it's hardly worth trying. I've learned a valuable lesson: always check independent reviews before buying—don't trust reviews on company websites.
I would rate this zero stars if I could. I returned a very disappointing dress, and the Post Office attendant warned me I might never see my refund. I've followed all instructions, but over four weeks have passed with no communication. It feels like I was scammed. Be cautious.
