I ordered the same items twice, from the UK branch,by mistake. I asked for one of them to be cancelled but unfortunately both orders had already been sent. The items were too small and my husband didn't like the feel of the material. I asked Detchome for a returns label for both orders.They said that I would have to cover the return cost myself and it would be expensive to send back to China as that's where their returns depot is. I was offered a larger size free of charge, which didn't help as the items were not suitable anyway. They have now offered a £50 refund. This is all very well but I have paid out £106. Had I known that I couldn't return items to the UK branch I would not have ordered from this company at all. I am now out of pocket and have two sets of items that I have no use for.Not happy at all, and will never purchase from Detchome again.
