I ordered paint for my kitchen cupboards, and the delivery took weeks. I sent multiple emails, but they were ignored. Today, the paint finally arrived, but it was the wrong color; I requested mint green, and received white instead. Additionally, the tin size is very small. I've sent another email asking for a full refund, but I'm not optimistic about a response or getting my money back. If I could give a lower rating, I would. They have since replied and promised a refund, so I hope they include the shipping charge. We'll see if that happens. I advise against purchasing this product.

I purchased two pairs of pinstripe trousers as advertised, but they have no stretch at all and are made of a restrictive fabric. When I requested a full refund, I was told it would take months to return them to their warehouse, and they only offered to refund me £20, which is half of what I paid. I suspect the positive reviews are not genuine. Do not waste your money!
Be cautious with this company; they do not accept returns! My trousers are too small as they follow Chinese sizing. When I reached out for a return, they said the shipping fees from the UK were too high. They offered to send a different size, but I would have to cover the shipping costs. Even if I agreed, how could I be sure the new pair would fit? Now I'm stuck with a pair of trousers that are useless and £20 out of pocket. Very dissatisfied!
