I ordered two "Blind Dates with a Book" from this company, but instead of receiving the items I paid for, I got a 10-page pamphlet. I immediately reached out to their customer service, but they refuse to do anything to resolve the issue. On top of that, they’re insisting that I ship everything back, but they aren't even acknowledging that I ordered two items. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card more than the amount of the order.Their “solution” was offering me just $7, which is laughable. I’ve contacted PayPal in hopes they can help me get my money back, and if not, my next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To top it all off, when I tried to revisit their website, the items don’t even show up anymore. Avoid this company at all costs—they clearly don’t care about their customers and are out to take your money.
