Arrived in decent condition after about two weeks of waiting, which was acceptable. Price is fair considering quality and shipping speed. Overall satisfied, though faster shipping would improve the experience. Packaging could also use a slight upgrade.
I ordered two "Blind Dates with a Book" from this company, but instead of receiving the items I paid for, I got a 10-page pamphlet. I immediately reached out to their customer service, but they refuse to do anything to resolve the issue. On top of that, they’re insisting that I ship everything back, but they aren't even acknowledging that I ordered two items. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card more than the amount of the order.Their “solution” was offering me just $7, which is laughable. I’ve contacted PayPal in hopes they can help me get my money back, and if not, my next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. To top it all off, when I tried to revisit their website, the items don’t even show up anymore. Avoid this company at all costs—they clearly don’t care about their customers and are out to take your money.
I would put a negative review if I could. Completly false advertisement of goods. Took over 2 months to arrive and wasn't even close to what I ordered. DO NOT BUY from this company, I'm out over $50 for items I could of purchased for less than $10 at a dollar store.
I ordered 8 x blind date with a book. Detectionk.com did not have books to send. They sent me 8 sets of the packaging. When I contacted them they offered compensation of 13 USD, increased to 36 USD as I complained. I declined as I had spent almost €150 and found it not enough. I offered to return the items for a full refund and they refused to give me the return address and now are ignoring my emails. They are flat out thieves. The website uses an American address and the shipping emails suggest that items come from America but it is Chinese. Fraudulent. Do NOT order from here.
