Bought the 3-case detive bundle a week before Christmas for a Christmas present and paid for expedited shipping ($7). The website showed they had the item in stock. Two weeks later (after New Years) there was no email that the item had been shipped. I contacted them by email and they said they had elevated orders and we're behind (which means they were off for the holidays). A week later I received an email notification the item was shipped. Another week later it had not arrived. I checked the tracking info and it was shipped by DHL ground and was not scheduled to arrive for another week. I just got the product. It took 12 days for ground shipping and I paid for expedited shipping. It took 5 weeks to get an item that was supposedly in stock. They never offered to refund my extra shipping charge or any other compensation. They will not get any more of my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. There are better companies and their products can be purchased through Amazon.
