Extremely disappointed. The idea is great, a fun way to hang out and solve a mystery. I had a date night ready to go and a bottle of vino. Open up the game it says to go to this cipher website and asked for a password. Guess what? You never signed up!!!? So you think clock on forget password but guess what the stupid link is dead. Date night over. I look for a while to find my order and send email asking for my password. I get an automated response that has nothing to do w my password. I respond to that email and nothing. Not a single human being checking the emails. I am asking for a refund no wonder there is no phone number to complain.
