I've had chronic issues that Western medicine has failed to address, or even consider to be real, for over two decades. My training is in Western medicine so it was difficult for me to start to look at things from a different perspective, but looking at root causes made sense to me. A few years ago I tried a different online company that helped identify a couple of problems and provided protocols that turned out to be inadequate to fully treat the conditions. I was left to flounder, believing that I had been treated but I still was very symptomatic. I tried pushing through (my usual way) but this time I was more tired and didn't have enough gas in the tank. I happened upon a class by Sinclair and decided I HAD to do something and what she was saying made sense. After only a couple of weeks on Rapid Gut Reset, I began to feel a bit better...I even started to wake up after 8 hours of sleep and was ready to get out of bed! The amount of in-depth training involved in RGR is amazing--very helpful to me because I'm more apt to follow a program if I understand all the intricacies and mechanisms. After 6 weeks, I am feeling much better but have a realistic view of how much more "work" needs to be done to get to a point where my body can take care of itself on a simple maintenance regimen. In the meantime, I support my body with the tools and I will be getting labs to know the full picture of what I am dealing with. Don't guess--test! And then develop a plan and carry it out. There is real hope that I thought wasn't possible. I look forward to working with Sinclair and Michael, not just because I know they can help me get where I need to be, but also because they are fun and positive and caring.
