After concluding the Healing Labs program, they blamed me for not achieving results, suggesting I should have sought individual support instead, despite never mentioning this before. I followed their recommendations, including odd and expensive suggestions, hoping for breakthroughs. Toward the end, a physician reviewed my supplements—some of which were dangerous without proper warnings. I felt ashamed discovering my energy booster was supposedly made from ancient plant minerals. I trusted their advice, and when I raised concerns, they merely advised consulting a physician. I asked if they had a physician who endorsed their program, but received no response. I feel I was misled into believing they could help me, and when it failed, they shifted the blame. I attempted to raise issues, even reaching out to higher management, but they showed little concern. I believe their primary interest lies in profit rather than genuine care. They may have helped some, but I feel abandoned, left with fear, financial strain, and regret. Update: The service has responded, disputing my experience and characterizing my feedback as hostile. I acknowledge that my frustration grew as issues remained unresolved, including being charged after cancellation and waiting too long for results. They recommended individual care only after I completed their program and raised concerns.
