Ordered 16 pc kit for suspension. Ford flex kit. They wouldnt let me use my 10% off to start with. Called next day to see why. Oh not eligible! Spoke with customer service guy, GUARANTEED ME THE RIGHT PARTS RIGHT AWAY! TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO PACKAGE MY STUFF! EVEN THOUGH GUARANTEED ME 2 DAYS. PARTS GOT HERE TODAY! INSTEAD OF 16 PC KIT I GOT 14 PCS??? CALLED GUY TELLS ME THEY RAN OUT OF THE PARTS I ORDERED. SHOCK/STRUTS FOR FRONT END. YOU KNOW MAIN PART! HAD THEY TOLD ME THAT WOULD OF TOLD EM STICK IT! NOW STUCK WITH 14 PARTS NOT THE MAIN PARTS I NEEDED! NOW WHAT? ALREADY WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR THE DAMN PART! ON TOP OF ALL THAT WRONG REAR SHOCKS!! TAKE YOUR $ AND RUN!
