Absolute worst customer service ever, they sent me wrong part I have had the same car for 10 years and am a boat mechanic I know wtf car I have, completely rude and didn’t give full refund on wrong parts they sent me, also huge ordeal trying to ship parts back all for not a full refund, they profit off of sending me wrong parts

I bought the brake rotors and brake pads for my Honda Ridgeline. The brake pads came with wrong brackets and looks like already used/opened. I tried to call for a refund for brake pads only and was told my rotors will longer under warranty because I used brake pads from other brands. I had to purchase one from my local auto shop as the one from Detroit axel was not working. My truck has been already lifted for repairing. Very ridiculous policy. I will not buy auto parts from Detroit axel again. The customer service is not easy to work with.

Really great company that is really affordable and reliable. I've purchased items with them twice and each time was great. Their representatives are also very friendly and helpful and know what they're doing. I prefer to do things on my own car and Detroit Axle always has what I need. Thank you!

I ordered 10 piece front upper control arms tie rod sway bar links suspension kit for 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 the tie rods and upper control arms didn't for, I was stuck in middle of install and had to go spend extra 700 bucks to get my truck back on the road by Monday morning, don't recommend using these guys again.

I ordered parts from them they send the wrong parts twice both time I call customer service .They claim it the warehouse was shipping the wrong parts .Everytime I talk to someone at customer service they what pic and part number..then act like they sorry it willnot happen again. there two day shipping is false advertisement it take me 4 days to get my order.. they don't ship on the same day if you order before 2pm that false advertisement. Detroit axle doesn't care about the Customer's all they care about is getting your money and not getting me my right parts.

I have been waiting for a refund for parts I returned over 30 days ago! I have talked with customer service weekly and received false information regarding their refund process every time. Today I talked with Damien. He was the rudest customer service rep I have ever delt with especially considering he straight up told me the last 2 people I spoke with gave me false information. Buyers Beware!

Beware of this service; they take your money.

This service takes advantage of customers. I purchased parts and they intentionally sent the incorrect item, hoping I would return it so they could keep my money. They are truly dishonest.

Misleading Shipping Promises and Unhelpful Support

They claim to offer 2-day shipping, which is why I chose to order from them! It's all a lie! The representative I spoke with was unhelpful and informed me that my item hadn't even shipped; it was still in their warehouse. He mentioned that FedEx and weather were factors, but I pointed out that my other item arrived on time, so why was the weather suddenly an issue for this one? I will never purchase from them again; they are dishonest and do nothing to resolve issues. The representative said there was nothing he could do and refused to connect me with a manager, stating it would arrive whenever it would. This should be clearly stated on their website: Do not order from this company.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I would have rated this service zero stars if possible. I am now taking my complaint to the appropriate authorities. I ordered parts with a guaranteed delivery for Sunday, while another platform had a delivery date for Monday, which would have impacted my job. Today, the day before the expected delivery, I checked my order only to find it on hold due to a discrepancy between my billing and shipping addresses. Why allow a separate shipping address if it's an issue? I received no notification regarding this hold. Now, the order won’t even be processed until Monday, resulting in a significant delay. I was told to expect delivery by Wednesday, which is unacceptable. At no point did they communicate that there was a problem. This situation jeopardizes my job, and when I reached out for help, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. They claimed they aren't obligated to notify me, which is frustrating. I've had issues before, such as a steering knuckle that was supposed to arrive Saturday but didn’t show up until Tuesday without any explanation. Their so-called delivery guarantee is not reliable. All it would have taken was a simple courtesy notification about the hold, allowing me to either resolve it or seek a refund to order from a more reliable source. Unfortunately, they showed no concern for customer service or timely delivery.
