This company is STILL TRASH AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST A HANDICAPPED PERSON! One of their employees decided to send me parts for another vehicle that I have NEVER OWNED, or DRIVEN. When it came time to return the items. I made them aware that I couldn’t carry the package. I ordered brake pads and rotors (front and rear). I received pads and 8 rotors 4 in each box! I was told that in fact they could order a door pick up. Great because I can’t carry the items, I didn’t carry them in my home Amazon did. I explained that to them, I was told that’s not their problem and I had to get it there the best way I could plus on top of that they were charging me a restock fee, the shipping fee. Even though it was the employees fault after going back and forth I finally got it returned (NOT WITH DETROIT AXLES ASSISTANCE). Then I was told I would receive my “full refund” after I show proof that it’s been dropped off, LIE. Then I was told I’ll receive it “when they receive it” ANOTHER LIE. They RECEIVED IT Friday 3/13/26 at 5:40p per FedEx. Then I was told I will have my refund Monday LIES AGAIN. I have NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY AT ALL! This company is all bout lies, discrimination and gaslighting! DO NOT EVER SHOP WITH THEM
