I strongly recommend avoiding this service due to extreme incompetence. After waiting three months and being promised a complete replacement by December 3rd, nothing has arrived. Now they insist I must securely pack all the broken parts for return, which is unfair since it was their mistake. They sent the wrong parts twice, and I shouldn't be responsible for finding boxes to return them.
