I strongly advise against this service due to severe incompetence. After waiting three months and being promised a complete replacement by a certain date, nothing has arrived. They now claim that I must return all broken pieces securely, which is unreasonable since they sent the wrong parts twice. I shouldn't have to source large boxes for a return. It might be time to contact trading standards.
Terrible experience; I ordered an item only to receive an email a week later, after contacting customer support, stating that the item is no longer available and a refund has been issued. Yet, the product still appears in stock online! Don't waste your time trying to buy this!

Now they insist I must securely pack all the broken parts for return, which is unfair since it was their mistake. They sent the wrong parts twice, and I shouldn't be responsible for finding boxes to return them.
This wheelbarrow is fantastic and reasonably priced, with quick delivery. However, one small issue is that the bolts securing the trough to the frame tend to spin, despite having a square section. Switching to button head screws with an Allen hex drive would make it perfect and worth a little extra.
The delivery company claims they cannot locate my address, and I have called them twice, each time waiting 15 minutes without any response. My delivery was supposed to be today for a signature between 14:10 and 16:10, and I have not been able to get any help.
The delivery driver failed to deliver on two occasions; the first time claimed I was not home, and the second time they couldn't find my address. Ultimately, I had to travel 15 miles to the depot to collect my items, which were damaged inside. I've completely lost faith in this service.
