One of two international parcels sent from a location in Germany to a destination in Serbia on 10 October arrived only on 20 January. The package was opened for security reasons and repackaged by the postal service. According to the customs declaration, it contained food and gifts. However, many items were missing upon delivery. The original weight of the parcel was 4.9 kg, while the delivered package weighed approximately 2 kg. No prior notification was provided to the recipient that the parcel was awaiting collection at the post office. The second parcel from the same shipment remains missing. The experience was characterized by extremely slow delivery, missing contents after security inspection, and a lack of transparency.
