One of two international parcels sent from a location in Germany to Serbia on 10 October only arrived on 20 January. The package was opened by the postal service for security reasons and repackaged. According to the customs declaration, it was supposed to contain food and gifts, but many items were missing upon delivery. The original weight of the parcel was 4.9 kg, while the delivered package weighed around 2 kg. No notification was given to the recipient about the parcel being held at the post office. The other parcel from the same shipment is still unaccounted for. The experience was marked by slow delivery, missing contents after inspection, and a lack of transparency.

Package sent from Germany to the US

I sent my package from a city in Germany on September 23, 2025, and now it is January 16, 2026, with no progress in locating it. As an American living in the US, I mailed some clothes after my trip to lighten my suitcase. I paid $100 for shipping. My friend in Germany has made several calls and received assistance from the local postal service, but nothing has improved. The service has been extremely poor.

Warning: Inefficient shipping through Germany

If you value your time and money, steer clear of any shipping route that goes through a major city in Germany. My parcel has been stuck indefinitely at customs with no communication or accountability. The service is incredibly inefficient and creates significant delays for international shipping. I strongly recommend avoiding this route altogether.

Difficulties in making a complaint

Absolutely terrible service. I am trying to file a formal complaint about an employee, but it has proven impossible. The complaint form on the website doesn't work, the email addresses I found are inactive, and the chatbot is unhelpful. How can someone raise a serious issue with a company that seems indifferent?

Extremely poor service

This is the worst company ever. I've ordered this product for the fourth time now, and they claim delivery failed without even attempting to deliver it. Then they return the product to the sender. It's been a terrible experience.
