I wish I could give zero stars because this is the WORST postal service company I have ever worked with in my entire life. A package that was suppose to take at most three days from the UK to Berlin took more than a month to arrive.I do not recommend using Deutsche Post or DHL for anything important at all. You might as well just wait until you travel to where you are sending the package.The management and supervisory body of this company are asleep at the wheel. They need to be replaced with more competent management.
