I have made several purchases from this company in the past. Recently, I bought three items, but one had a noticeable mark on the front of the sleeve. It was priced at $16.99, and I expected a refund, yet they only offered a $3.00 credit, which seems unreasonable. Additionally, I ordered a dress that didn't fit well, and they only allow size exchanges for a fee of $16.00. I will not be buying from this company again due to their unacceptable customer service.
